1. Perishable & Fresh Items
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable goods (e.g., meats, dairy, frozen foods, and produce), all sales are final and non-returnable unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or spoiled.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

We’ll review the case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

2. Non-Perishable Items
Unopened and unused non-perishable items (e.g., spices, dry goods, canned products) may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided:

The item is in original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Store credits may be issued faster.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
